Our school Improvement Plan (SIP) 2024-2027 is built around seven themes (Attendance, Retention, Attainment, Transitions, Literacy, Numeracy, Parternship with Parents/Others also known as Parents & Community. Our DEIS work is built on five key pillars; Empower, Identify & Evaluate, Partner, Attend & Engage and Learn & Progress. Every member of staff is part of a pillar team, working together to set targets, take actions, and measure progress.
