  1. The information we collect about students and parents

We collect names and address, contact numbers and email addresses as provided by you when you complete our enquires form.

We collect parents and students names and parent email addresses on our Return to School forms in response to the Covid Crisis. This data will only be collected for so long as it is necessary as directed by public health guidelines.

Our website also contains third party applications, namely Easy Payments, Vimeo and Yumpu. Those applications are responsible for the security of the data that you provide to them and we do not have access to that information.

We use the information only responding to your queries, and for recording that students are Covid free before returning to school.

  1. Who we share your information with

Only staff who are responsible for the administration of the processes (responding to queries and administering Return to School forms) will have access to your personal information.

  1. We do not engage in automated decision making/profiling.

We hold it only for as long as is necessary for the purpose of administering the process.
